Talay is the first residential address in Marsa Al Saadiyat, the final chapter of Saadiyat Island's masterplan along 8 km of coastline. Aldar is launching it as two gated villa communities: Talay, with 167 standalone villas at the heart of the destination, and Talay Beach, with 184 villas set closer to the shore.
