Overview
Hudayriyat Island is a sports and leisure island off Al Bateen that Modon is developing into a residential destination. Modon's Nawayef East offers 4–8 bedroom villas and mansions on hills up to 60 metres high, open to all nationalities, with handover scheduled for December 2028. It appeals to buyers wanting large off-plan villas close to the city centre.
